ALFA ROMEO GT SPRINT 1965

ALFA ROMEO GT SPRINT 1965

The 105 series coupe is designed by a very young Giugaro for the Bertone design studio. The Guilia Sprint was launched in 1964 and the start of a very successful 105 series coupe range. This early 1965 “stepnose” Sprint Gt is a very rare car with 37.000 kms recorded. It’s got all the first series details such as the stretched back fenders, grey dashboard and the 103bhp 1600cc alloy engine with double overhead camshafts. It was ahead of the competition with a 5 speed gearbox and disc breaks all around.

The car is in a overall original condition with only one respray in the original color “Bianco Spino”. A straight and solid bodywork with perfect body gaps and sharp lines. The red interior is very clean and in nice contrast to the bianco paintwork.

The car is fitted with the original 15 inch wheels with the unmarked chrome caps.
